What is the KIRA Score?
An explainable 0–100 rating for an Indian stock, built from eight weighted components and screened by a risk layer called the Gatekeeper. It tells you what KIRA found and how much weight each finding carried. It is a research signal, not a buy or sell recommendation.
The eight components
Weights follow Framework V1. Technicals are deliberately light — KIRA is built for a long-term view, and the only technical factor used is the 200-day exponential moving average.

The Gatekeeper
Before the weighted score is allowed to stand, the Gatekeeper screens for events that can override an otherwise healthy set of numbers. It reports as GREEN, AMBER or TIER 1 RED, with a qualifier naming what drove it — so an ownership-structure AMBER reads differently from an earnings-quality AMBER.

A TIER 1 RED means the flag matters more than the score. Som Distilleries scored 34.2 with a suspended plant licence — the Gatekeeper is the reason that report leads with the licence and not the multiple.
Provenance marks
Every published report marks where each figure came from, so you always know what is fact and what is judgement.
